How long does the shipping take?

Our standard processing time for orders is between 1-2 business days, and once processed, delivery times for international orders are typically 7-15 business days.

Do you guys ship Worldwide?

Where do you guys ship your products from?

Our headquarter is located in 125 RUE LA BOÉTIE, PARIS 75008 France. Our US warehouse is located in Carrollton, Texas  and our international warehouse is located in China.

 

Do you guys provide tracking information on orders?

Yes, wait 1-2 days after you have placed your order, and we will notify you via email.

I am missing some items on my order, what should I do?

Some of our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouse, there will be two different deliveries.

My package arrived damaged, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: support@portaflixx.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

 

I still have not received my order. What's taking so much time?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. If you still feel that you need help in tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at the following address: support@portaflixx.com

 

PORTAFLIXX PROJECTOR

- Does it work with my smartphone? 

The answer is yes. You can connect any mobile devices with Portaflixx. You will need an HDMI adapter that connects with your phone's charger, in order to connect it. (Easily found on websites like Amazon)

Streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu are also compatible. 

 

- Can I use streaming platforms like Netflix/Disney+?

Yes, unlike other portable projectors the Portaflixx is compatible with streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, etc. 

- Does it heat fast?

Definitely not! The Portaflixx has an advanced hydraulic axial fan which allows for an efficient cooling solution against overheating. This will allow you to use the projector for hours without worrying.

 

- Is the projector equipped with speakers?

Yes, it has its own audio system equipped with the projector at the front of the projector. Otherwise, you can use a bluetooth speaker connected directly on you device.  

 

- What is the resolution on the Portaflixx?

The native resolution for the Portaflixx is (480x360), but supports a resolution up to (1920x1080)

 

- Can I use my headphones on the Portaflixx?

Of course! Portaflixx has a headphone jack on the right hand side, it supports all types of headphones.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve any problems that our customers might encounter with their articles. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course proceed to do so, if the appeal is made within 90 days from the date of your purchase.
